Winter’s interpretation of the summer shift dress, at least that’s how I see it. Could it be any easier?
Cozy sweaters, a warm fireplace and a hot cup of cider, tea or coffee. Can that get any better? Well, yes. Make the sweater a dress, add some boots and go anywhere!
I’m all about ‘one and done’ and this works. The best part – there are so many to choose from and so many different ways to wear it.
Belt it, wear it over leggings or just leave it alone; either way it works.
My personal preference, as I have shown in the picture – a straight dress, no belt and higher boots.
I am not a fan of tights or stockings; gave them up around menopause and never looked back. I’d much rather go with higher boots during the colder months and of course ankle boots always work.
If you also wear this type dress, please comment below how you style it!
